Delivery

Delivery is included in the price

Every price on this site is the price you pay. UK delivery is inside it; there is no charge added at checkout and no minimum order.

Where I deliver

The United Kingdom only, for now — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. If you are elsewhere and want a print, email anthony@xuereb.co.uk and I will find out what it would cost to send to you rather than guess at it here.

How long it takes

Prints are made to order, so nothing sits in a box waiting. A print is usually printed, checked and dispatched within about a week, and then takes a few days in the post.

The commitment, rather than the expectation, is that your order is dispatched within 30 days of you placing it. If something is going to take longer than that I will email you before the 30 days are up and you can cancel for a full refund.

Framed prints take a few days longer than unframed ones. They are assembled and glazed to order, and they travel in a heavier box.

How prints are packed

Unframed prints are rolled in a tube or sent flat in a rigid mailer, depending on size. Framed prints are corner-protected and boxed.

Printing and dispatch is handled by a UK fine art printer working from my files. Your name and delivery address are passed to them so they can send the parcel, and nothing else — see the privacy notice.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel does not arrive, or arrives damaged, email anthony@xuereb.co.uk with a photograph where there is one to take. A damaged or missing print is replaced or refunded in full and costs you nothing — returns and cancellation sets out the detail, along with your separate right to change your mind within 14 days for any reason at all.
